Cashier

Position Overview:
The Cashier will be responsible for processing payments from customers, answering customer inquiries, issuing receipts and refunds, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Cashier will also communicate with other staff members to ensure smooth transactions and uphold the exceptional customer service standards of LYD Group.

Requirements:
– Experience in the same role min. 1 year.
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
– Experience in handling e-payment.
– Experience in the hospitality or retail industry will be plus.
– Willing to work in night shift.
