Bar Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Seminyak for La Favela. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, managing staff, ensuring customer service excellence, maintaining high quality food and beverage standards, and providing training for team members. The Bar Supervisor will work closely with the management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


  • Supervisory Skills and experience managing a team
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to provide excellent service to guests
  • Food & Beverage knowledge and experience in maintaining high quality standards
  • Training skills to develop and coach team members
  • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field is preferred
  • Experience working in a hospitality or restaurant environment is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
