Bar Mixologist Supervisor

Position Purpose :

The Bar Mixologist Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Bar Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere for patrons. Assist in managing bar staff, inventory, and customer interactions while upholding quality standards and compliance with legal regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including mixologist, cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with bar management software and basic computer proficiency.
